finally !

the second week was definitely the better one because everyone knows everyone already...
taking stalker pictures was a must do !

The Capilano Suspension Bridge...what an awful place for one who's scared of heights..



The sheer length of the bridge...is long... how are they holding the damn thing !



after that was the canopy walk....also high up....and again, why is it not falling...?
not that i want it to fall,
even if it does fall, it should do so when i'm not up there...gahaha



Its called the banana slug.. and sadly there weren't any crossing.
what liars !!



this girl ah...freaking stalker, takes a lot of shots but blurred wan...cursed camera i guess..



and this was the salmon hatchery but it ain't the season for the salmon to swim up !
so it was only a boring ol' river with some leaves falling in it.
Although there was a nursery nearby, the hatch-lings, swimming around in captivity, waiting to grow up and soon become sushi...sad story really ...

haha first shot, everyone was "cheese" face.
all up till the 40 something shot... the "very hot, i wanna go home" face appeared..

Even though it IS August the 31st here now... haha i feel pretty bad for Malaysia.
It is a problematic country nowadays as i read the news...sigh...
what with the banning of websites and a very unstable Prime Minister who tries his very best to keep his much coveted position.

It is a very sad situation to be in...
so many are just waiting for him to step down, and the tension is always present.

so Merdeka yeah ?

its hard to finally realize that today is August the 15th...

half the month of glorious holidays left to spend...

half the month of extreme heat, such as today which is too damn hot..

half the month more of doing whatever!

however, looking forward to classes, the oh-so-cooling weather all over again....being all stressful again (seems like i kinda forgot how that felt like..)

i guess most of all i'm looking forward to something new..

SO frustrating..
it is impossible to learn two languages at once...the vocabulary terms are just too much.

Mandarin and Japanese.. uh i suck at both

although familiar characters are distinguishable between the two,
Mandarin got one sound for each character right..
but Japanese, most of the time, have a few more syllables for the same character..

心 in mandarin = "xin"
in japanese = "kokoro"

ahaha i can only think of this particular example !

so i give up ! givvu uppu !

week one..

the experience with the Japanese students had been an awesome one so far ....
they are just so entertaining to watch and talk to (practicing my almost nonexistent Jap...)
its pretty much cutting paper, going photocopying, more cutting...

...haha and they get so excited when we talk to them in japanese, very cool people.
and they are such natural posers gahaha ! extremely extremely photogenic..
